Abhiraj's pov

"Ansh bhai is there?" Ani asked.

"No he's coming," I said

"Can I drive?" He asked

"Sure"

I said and we exchanged our seats. One thing about us is we don't like anyone else driving our car. We can share it between us but not with the third person. Ani and I share a great bond. He's the favourite child. He never shares his pain and I know he keeps smiling not to disappoint his family. He doesn't have friends which is weird but yeah. he's like a baby to me. Even after having a child Ani and Misha will always be my first child. Misha brought our smiles back, She brought happiness and success with her. As Dadi said, " Ghar ki Lakshmi aai hai".

Adi calling...

"Bhai Adi bhai is calling, where are you lost?" he shouted.

Why the hell is this idiot calling me now?

Abhi: bhonk

Adi: we have a meeting tomorrow with Avishikta Malhotra.

Abhi: Yaad hai

Adi: main kaise manlu

" Ani you've to handle the investors tomorrow, I have a meeting with Miss Malhotra"

"Yeah, don't worry, I'll manage it before evening, you'll be back before evening?"

"yes the meeting is around 10.30 I guess," I said

"Do you have any plans for tomorrow evening?" I looked at him with raised eyebrows.

"I need to take my baby for a ride" he winked at me.

I smiled at him. He loves his bike more than anything else. We reached the warehouse and Ansh bhai came. We went inside.

"so here you are, how dare you touch my wife," Ansh bhai said holding him by his neck.

"I'll kill her Avyansh Rathore" Ani held the knife and threw it at him. The Bastard got a deep cut in his neck. There goes my younger brother who can't listen to a word when it's come to family.

" You know I'll break every bone of your body and I'll treat you with my own hands I'll make sure that you're alive and I'll make you beg for your death," He said kicking him.

" kill him already bhai, I can't even look at him," Ani said

"Abhi petrol" Ansh bhai asked and I brought the petrol. He spread it all around that bastard. Ani handed him the lighter. We looked at him with raised eyebrows.

"I'll deal with you later," Ansh bhai said to Ani.

There goes the fire and scream of this bastard. I'm still not satisfied. I took my gun and killed him. We cleaned ourselves and went home & went straight to our rooms. I went towards the balcony.

When she touched me today it felt good. I'd have reacted differently but why I was so calm with her? These last two years have been so difficult. I'm surviving because of this family. It gets hard when you wake up and the first thing you do is to find a new reason to be alive. Whatever happened two years ago changed everything. They say love can never be a regret here I'm regretting each day.

You came like an umbrella while it was raining so hard, but I should have remembered that you'll be gone the very next moment when the rain will stop. You felt like caffeine, oh so much happiness but as they said it'll take your sleep away. Isn't loving LOVE too painful? Imagine getting to look yourself in someone's eyes who makes you feel like you are everything but then imagine the same person choosing someone over you. You kept the book in my heart that's filled with chapters of pain. you took my heart in your soft hands just to crush it into pieces. But maybe I was too bold to hold the knife in my own hands thinking that it was mine so it won't hurt me. You were the flowers filled with thrones and I thought the pain of holding it would be worth it but it left me with 'maybe I'm never going to be enough.' But if you have at least looked back maybe my trembling hands would have held your heart with all that it had. I'm supposed to bleed but you left me with no words. Even gardens are filled with thrones sweetheart and here we're talking about love.

I went towards bed. It's been two years I don't know when I can sleep peacefully. Sleep scares me. Nightmares are even more dangerous than life. I looked towards the watch it was already 5. I don't know when I got drowned in thoughts and sleep engulfed me. I woke up at 7 and ran to the gym.

" Good Morning brothers," I said to Ansh bhai & Ani.

"you're late," Bhai said to Bhabi who came running towards us.

"Shut up Ansh" She glared at him.

"What brought you here, Mrs Avyansh," Bhai asked her

"Of course, her husband," Ani said with a teasing smile.

"Exactly," she said and kissed him.

"My fucking eyes, you guys, kahin bhi suru ho jate ho," Ani said closing his eyes. I shook my head at their antics.

"jealous brother-in-law, I see." bhabi pulled his cheeks.

"You good?" she asked me and I nodded.

" come fast for breakfast," she said and went away.

after a workout, I went to my room, took a shower and went downstairs for breakfast. Everyone was already there. Dada, dadi are finally here. I missed them. I went near them touched their feet and settled down on my chair. Ani came after me and touched their feet.

"Aniket, aap hume mandir le k jayenge aaj?" Dadi asked Ani.

"aap puche nahi hukum ki jiye Dadi," he said and kissed her forehead.

My spoon fell so I went under the table to pick it and there goes my papa and Chachu holding their wife's hands like a college student.

"Maa aapke dusre hath ko kya hua?" I asked innocently. Papa choked on his food. Maa gave him some water.

"Maa aap dono ne mehendi lagai hai kya apki bhi ek haat dikhai nahi de rahi hai," Ansh bhai asked with a teasing smile.

"lagta hai bade papa aur chote papa ne bhi laga rakhi hai," Ani said and Dada Dadi chuckled.

"khane do meri betiyo ko kya hath pakad k baith gaye ho? " Dada ji said

"Ye bhai hi mujhe ye sab sikhate hain papa main toh chota hoon bhola bhala," Chachu said smiling innocently

"Haan isi liye Avyansh bhai pehle paida hue the" Ani said and everybody stopped eating. After a minute he realised what he said. Chachi's spoon fell down. Chachu coughed. Papa gave a victory smile. Everyone looked at him with disbelief.

"wo.. Wohhh... I have a meeting bye good night sorry" he ran outside.

" I need to go even I have a meeting, see y'all later.

"emergency case bye " Ansh bhai said and came with me.

It is already 9.30 and we have a meeting with her at 10.30. I went to Adi's office and picked him up.

"Abhi darling I need coffee" he said with a pout.

"Sure baby," I said with a smile and took my iced americano and threw it on his face.

" Abhi Tu chutiya hai Kya" he shouted and I stopped the car near my office.

"I don't have time, go change and come fast," I said looking at him with an innocent smile.

"asshole" he glared at me.

" Gadi k mirror main dekh k kripya khud se baat na kare, the entire world knows that you're an asshole.

"I fucking hate you, kamina sala" he huffed and went inside my office.

He came after 20 minutes and we went to her office. Her secretary took us to her cabin which is on the 7th floor. Adi knocked
